Bin Dazzled offers trash can cleaning services through a recurring subscription plan, renewing automatically unless canceled in writing before the anniversary date.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure communication with support@bindazzled.com is whitelisted. Trash cans must be at the curbside by 8:00 a.m. on the day of service.

 

4. Rescheduling Service

Notify us before 8:00 a.m. on the day of service if rescheduling is necessary. No refunds are available after this time.

 

5. Cancellation of Service

Cancellations must be in writing and received before 8:00 a.m. on the day of service.

 

6. Bin Dazzled’s Responsibilities

If Bin Dazzled fails to provide service, we will reschedule or credit the customer for the missed service.

 

7. Modifications to Customer Agreement

Bin Dazzled may amend this Agreement by posting updates on our website or notifying customers by email.

 

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify our services for the betterment of our clients.

 

9. Charges

You agree to pay all charges for the service according to your payment cycle. Notify Bin Dazzled of any changes to your payment details.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Clinton Township, MI.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Bin Dazzled’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

12. Privacy and Data Security

We comply with all data protection laws and implement measures to protect your data. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

13. Miscellaneous

Failure to enforce any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver. This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior representations.
