Welcome to Bin Dazzled! We’re a local, family‑run curbside bin cleaning service, and our goal is simple: make your bins cleaner, fresher, and hassle‑free. These Terms & Conditions explain how our service works and help set clear expectations so everything runs smoothly for you and our team.
By signing up for or using Bin Dazzled services, you agree to the terms below.
Bin Dazzled provides curbside trash, recycling, and compost bin cleaning services (“Service”). Most customers enroll in a recurring subscription plan (monthly, bi‑monthly, or seasonal), which automatically renews unless canceled.
Subscriptions remain active until you cancel in writing:
Email: support@bindazzled.com
Text: 1‑866‑542‑WASH (9274) (text qualifies as written notice)
Mail: 21366 Hall Rd, Unit 4269, Clinton Township, MI 48038
Cancellations must be received before your next scheduled service date to avoid charges for that service.
Service Window: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (hours may adjust seasonally based on daylight, weather, and route volume)
Current Model: We aim to service bins on the day of municipal waste pickup whenever possible.
Subscriber Priority: Active subscribers are always prioritized when routes are built.
Future Scaling: As we grow, Bin Dazzled may transition some or all routes to a day‑after‑pickup model. This allows us to deliver more consistent service at scale. Any such change will be communicated in advance.
To ensure we can clean your bins efficiently:
Bins must be placed curbside by 9:00 a.m. on your service day.
If not curbside, bins must be clearly visible from the street and reasonably accessible.
Bins may contain up to one standard household trash bag. For safety and equipment reasons, we cannot service bins containing:
More than one bag or bags exceeding ~25 lbs
Loose trash, yard waste, diapers, or animal waste
Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, glue, adhesives, etc.)
Construction or renovation debris (plaster, stucco, concrete, etc.)
If bins do not meet these conditions, service may be skipped.
We understand that trash schedules don’t always go as planned. Here’s how we handle it:
If we arrive as scheduled and bins are not accessible, still full, or not set out, the visit is still considered a completed service.
Because our team, truck, water, and routing costs are already incurred, the service charge still applies.
Whenever possible, we’ll notify you if service could not be completed.
If you know ahead of time that bins won’t be ready, please contact us before 9:00 a.m. on service day so we can note your account.
Requests to reschedule must be made before 9:00 a.m. on your service day.
Approved reschedules are typically moved to your next regular service cycle.
Same‑day reschedules or refunds cannot be guaranteed once the route is active.
For one‑time (non‑subscription) services, dispatching our truck reserves labor and equipment. If access issues prevent cleaning, the service is non‑refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, text message, or mail.
Requests must be received before 9:00 a.m. on the scheduled service day.
Services already routed or attempted are not refundable.
If Bin Dazzled misses your scheduled service due to an issue on our end, we will make it right by either:
Completing the service on the next available business day, or
Issuing a service credit
The choice of remedy is at Bin Dazzled’s discretion.
Prices are based on your selected plan and service area.
All subscriptions are billed automatically to the payment method on file.
Taxes are applied where required by law.
If pricing changes, we’ll notify you in advance. Continued use of the service after notification confirms acceptance of updated pricing.
If a payment fails, you agree to promptly resolve any outstanding balance.
In addition to residential trash, recycling, and compost bin cleaning, Bin Dazzled may offer commercial and specialty services, including but not limited to dumpster cleaning, fleet washing, flat surface power washing (driveways, pads, sidewalks), and residential RV washing.
Unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement or addendum, these same Terms & Conditions apply to all commercial, HOA, multi-unit, and specialty services.
Because commercial and specialty services may vary in scope, access requirements, equipment, and time on site, the following additional terms apply:
Access & Readiness: The service location must be accessible at the scheduled time, including unlocked gates, clear service areas, and unobstructed equipment access. If access is unavailable upon arrival, the visit may be considered a completed service and billed accordingly.
Service Timing: Commercial and specialty services may be scheduled independently of residential routes and may not align with municipal waste pickup days.
Scope Variability: Pricing and service expectations may differ based on bin size, dumpster volume, fleet size, surface area, water access, and condition at time of service.
Recurring vs. One-Time Service: Some commercial and specialty services may be provided on a recurring schedule, while others may be one-time or on-demand. Recurring services renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Residential RV Washing: RV washing is considered a specialty residential service and is subject to access, size, water availability, and condition at the time of service. Excessive mud, hazardous materials, or restricted access may result in modified service or rescheduling.
Bin Dazzled reserves the right to recommend or require a written commercial addendum as services scale or complexity increases. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed addendum, the addendum will control.
We may update these Terms or adjust how services are delivered to improve reliability and customer experience. Updates will be posted on our website and/or communicated by email.
Bin Dazzled’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (weather, municipal changes, emergencies, etc.).
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Clinton Township, Michigan, under American Arbitration Association rules.
We respect your privacy and protect your personal data using reasonable security measures. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy on BinDazzled.com.
Thanks for choosing Bin Dazzled. We’re proud to keep your bins cleaner, your curb fresher, and your routine easier.
